What We Sell:

MABEFeasel.com specializes in top quality easels for artists of all skill levels; we feature easels in the following styles; Studio Easels, Lyre Easels, Sketch Box Easels, Field Easels, Table Easels, Single Mast Easels, Work Stations, Chairs/Seats, Display Easels, Print Racks, Boxes, Sculptors Stands, Accessories.

Shipping:

We offer free UPS Ground Shipping on all orders to the Continental United States.  Currently we offer no standard shipping options to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico but will quote on a special order basis.  Please email us at SERVICE@MABEFeasel.com for a custom quote. Sorry at this time we offer no shipping options other than to the U.S. territories.

Payment Options:

We accept PayPal and all cards by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or Diners Club.

Shopping with us is extremely safe.  We are hosted on the BigCommerce Shopping platform which utilizes the highest level of transaction security (Secure Sockets Layer encryption) to encrypt credit card transactions, to ensure that your data is never revealed to anyone. 

Returns, Exchange and Restocking Conditions

Products purchased from MABEFeasel.com come with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly arrange a return for you. Please contact us at RETURNS@MABEFeasel.com to arrange the return of the item.  Products must be returned in new (untested, unused and resalable) condition, in the original packaging of the manufacturer, including all accessories, components of the kits, instruction manuals and promotional items.  Products must be returned with prepaid shipping, insured for full value of the product and properly packaged to prevent damage during shipping.

Restocking:

MABEFeasel.com does not charge a restocking fee for the return of untested, unopened and unused items if returned within 30 days. The item must be returned in a condition that will allow MABEFeasel.com to resell it.  We reserve the right to refuse credit for any item that has been damaged, used or misused.  We also reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 15% on returns of damaged, opened or used products.

The restocking fee may be waived if you place a replacement order of equal or greater value at our online store at the time of return, not necessarily for the same item.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly arrange an exchange for you. Please contact us at RETURNS@MABEFeasel.com to arrange the exchange of the item within 30 days of purchase. If your MABEF easel arrives with a defect or missing parts please contact us at SERVICE@MABEFeasel.com, All attempts will be made to replace the defective part speedily and efficiently.  If we are unable to replace the defective/missing part to your satisfaction we will arrange a return.

MABEFeasel.com does not hold any liability from orders created due to typographical errors and reserves the right to cancel any orders without providing a specific reason. FurthermoreMABEFeasel.com reserves the right to revoke any offer and correct any omission, error, or inaccuracy, whether or not an order has been submitted, confirmed and/or your credit card charged. Every effort has been made to ensure accuracy of information listed and MABEFeasel.com is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies contained therein.
